- Switch everything off. Turn off the ignition, lights, radio and aircon. Check your VoltBoost is charged.
- Clip on. Connect the clamp cable to your VoltBoost. Put the RED clamp on the battery's + terminal and the BLACK clamp on the − terminal (or bare metal on the engine). Don't let the clamps touch each other.
- Start the car. Turn the key or press start. If it doesn't catch, wait about 30 seconds and try again.
- Unclip and drive. Once the engine is running, remove the BLACK clamp first, then the RED. Drive for at least 20 minutes so your car's battery recharges.
